New York, July 31, 2008 – Methes Energies International Ltd. announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Methes Energies Canada Inc., has received its first order for “pipe-to-pipe” options on two (2) Denami 600 biodiesel processors. On July 31st, 2008, Methes Energies entered into a sale and licensing agreement with Noroxel Energy Ltd. for the sale of two Denami 600 biodiesel processors with a combined production capacity of 10 million liters (2.6 million gallons) of biodiesel per year.  The price of the transaction is $ 1,459,000.00 CDN dollars.
The sale and licensing agreement is conditional upon the signed approval of an agreement between Noroxel Energy Ltd. and the Canadian Government’s ecoAgriculture Biofuels Capital initiative (ecoABC) program.  This agreement is expected to be approved and set in motion over the next few weeks. This program was established by the Canadian federal government to encourage the participation of agricultural producers in the production of biofuels from agricultural feedstocks.
