National Biodiesel Conference Update and Distributor Training

New York, March 6, 2008 – Methes Energies International Ltd. announced today that its participation to the National Biodiesel Conference and Expo, held from last February 3rd to February 6th, in Orlando, Florida, was a huge success. It produced a strong exposure in the marketplace that has created a strong ripple effect, which can be felt by the Methes team who has been kept busy showing the Methes Energies production facility in Mississauga to an increasing number of visitors.

Several buyers are now in the process of arranging financing for one or more processors, either with their own financial institution or working with Methes Energies' leasing partners.

The effect that the Orlando exposure has created is continuing as more solid leads are approaching Methes on a regular basis. Based on that, Methes Energies is expected to announce, in the near future, several sales of units to be delivered in the U.S. and Canada.

Methes Energies Canada Inc. also announced today that it will hold a 2-day distributor training seminar from March 12th to 13th, 2008 in its production facility in Mississauga, Ontario. It is expected that approximately 10 distributors will be attending from the U.S. and Canada. This 2-day event will help Methes Energies distributors better understand the biodiesel industry, as well as Methes Energies' biodiesel processor, the Denami 600.

"What's happening right now is exciting – we have people at the office every day - we're literally working 7 days a week. We even have another biodiesel equipment manufacturer in the US sending us leads! It's busy, but the whole team is really working together – 2008 is looking good with everything that is going on", said Nicholas Ng, Director of Business Development for Methes Energies Canada Inc.
