Keith possesses a comprehensive experience in the food manufacturing process that directly responds to the demands of his Plant Manager role at the Sombra, Ontario biodiesel facility.

As part of this experience, Keith has filled the positions of Operations Manager for 25 years at Rothsay Rendering, Maple Leaf Foods, Assistant Plant Manager at Normerica for 3 years, and in production and logistics at Apetito Canada for 5 years. This combined experience gives Keith extensive lateral knowledge toward the production of biodiesel.

His direct responsibilities span over all aspects of plant operations, including health and safety, operations and production, as well as logistics and environmental.
