David Archibald
Chief Chemist

Dave is a chemist with over 10 years of Chemical Sales and Marketing experience. Prior to joining Methes Energies, he was the Sales and Marketing manager for Grenhall Chemicals Ltd., a manufacturer and distributor of resins and resin adhesives. Formerly, David was a territory manager for Canada Colors and Chemicals for ten years. His vast experience also boasts positions as a research chemist at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs, and as an analytical chemist at Canviro analytical labs.

David’s responsibilities include the negotiating of chemical raw material and feedstock contracts, as well as the marketing of finished biodiesel. David works directly with the engineering team, as the Quality representative for issues of chemistry.
